Kings Bay Mail & More, Inc. has graciously offered to accept, store AND deliver boxed supplies being shipped to them. All this is being provided for FREE! They have also offered to pick up and ship your supplies home, even the acquired ones, at the end of the convention. They will ship it UPS and add their usual charge. They did want us to mention that when you are shipping to them it will be at a LESSER rate because they are a commercial address. What a WONDERFUL arrangement this is!!! Of course, there are guidelines: 1 Each box must have your last name in bold one inch letters on an index card at the top left or right corner of all four sides. This allows for easy alphabetizing and recognition. 2 If you wish, you can e-mail them when you ship your packages so they can reply back to confirm they have been received. Their e-mail address is: mailmore@tds.net. 3 You will need to e-mail or snail mail your name, address, city/state/zip, and phone number. Additionally, they will need to be provided a credit card to enable them to ship your packages back to you. All major credit cards are accepted.
