Dee Gruenig

In 1979 Dee Gruenig tried using her first rubber stamp, made by All Night Media, and it was an instant love affair! Today she works under license with that same company, now owned by Plaid Enterprises of Atlanta. She also works as a license with four other leading companies such as Uchida of America (Marvy), Mrs. Grossman's Paper Company, Ranger and Sunday International, a leading maker of unmounted stamps. In addition, she assists other companies when she can. She and her husband Warren know they are privileged to work with companies so respected for integrity and product quality. Dee, and her company have set sales records for rubber stamps through Jr. League fund raisers and six stores which led to her own line of rubber stamps, Posh Impressions. The first request for a posh rubber stamp was made by Ladybird Johnson when Dee participated in a Jr. League show in Austin, Texas. Originally, she taught numerous classes and individuals face to face, but there were too many to teach so she turned to instruction through media. Her first video, made for the Stampin' Up home party system, led to 11 more of her own plus 10 authored or co-authored books, with The Great Rubber Stamp Book selling a half million copies. She is often a featured speaker at major events including the first 9 Stampin' Up conventions, has been a regular guest on HGTV’s Carol Duvall Show for about 10 years, besides doing some DIY and Public Television shows, and served on the Crafts & Hobby Association (CHA) Board of Director for two terms. Dee's husband joined her full time 10 years ago and presently serves as CEO. Club Posh began in 2001 when the Posh Impressions web site web master and about 70 stampers expressed interest in establishing a club for stamping and scrapbooking. Today it is a very busy site with 4,000 active on-line members particiating in forum discussions, mutual help, member stamp art galleries, swaps, contests and challenges. There is no membership charge. Newest products are the fabulous Vertical Inspirations, an unmounted rubber stamp collection using the EZ Mount system of unmounted rubber stamping and Dee's wide clear stamp collection dubbed Clearly Posh. And don't overlook her newest and best instructional DVD, Simply Posh. Its 2 1/2 hours shows how to use both unmounted and mounted stamps for making scrapbooks and original cards.
